Thanks for your hard work in not only listing our house and giving us guidance on how best to prepare the house for showing. Of course as we know the first people to look at the house bought it!
 
Then the difficult part, finding me a new house on such short notice, especially sometimes with my changing ideas and schedule.  I lost count of how many homes we looked at but I know that a lot more research time was spent by you than the days (or weeks) we spent actually looking at the homes.

We were looking for a home to lease in a particular area of town.  Kristin sent several available locations to us by email.  She listened to our needs and only sent locations that suited those specific needs.  We drove around to look at the homes from the outside and selected a few that we wanted to see on the inside.  Kristin drove around with us and in one night, we found our house!  Kristin took care of everything for us!  She made it so easy!

Kade McBride (my buyer) replied - I just closed on my house Yesterday.  I used Kristen Harvey and I highly recommend her.  I was very naive and ignorant when it came to buying a house, but she was awesome.  I had some financing issues with a guy I chose and when I explained to her she found me a better deal, stress free.  She did way more than any realtor should do.  She always answered my calls (all day and night) and was extremely helpful.  Even when doing paperwork, she would email me PDF copies to sign up until midnight.  I have spoke to my family about things she helped me with and they have all said that she is doing way more for me than any realtor ever did for them.  Plus, I learned that her husband works here at Mustang while helping me close on my house.
